  • First of all, we use it ourselves and love it. 
  • For many years, I used another product and we became resellers of it .  It was good and caught almost every virus that came out from the bad guys.  However, I found that their support was not very good and that it often took days to get an answer back from them.  Kaspersky has been top notch in this respect.
