Church-Software-Store.com will cheerfully refund your money if you ordered the wrong item subject to the following conditions:
- Refund of money is conditional upon the accurate communication by the client of what they desire to do with the product being ordered.
- Shipping cannot be refunded.
- Re-stocking fees of 20 - 25% of the item cost may be charged to cover handling and incidental fees that cannot be recovered by us. [This is an industry standard.]
- If we order the wrong item even though the client has clearly communicated what is desired in writing, then we will return the complete cost of the product upon its safe return to us. Items requested verbally are subject to misunderstanding and therefore may not be covered by the 100% money-back guarantee. We apologize that we can not refund shipping and brokerage fees.
- We are very sorry but we can NOT offer a MONEY-BACK guarantee on special order items except subject to Item #4 above,
- ALL ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST BE APPROVED BY CHURCH-SOFTWARE-STORE.COM or ChurchPower.com BEFORE they are returned.
- Items which are shipped to us WITHOUT OUR EXPRESSED APPROVAL may be returned to you at your expense.
- Most items to be returned should be returned by Canada Post or USPS WITH INSURANCE ON THE FULL VALUE OF THE ITEM. If an item has to come across the border into Canada, Church-Software-Store.com may have to deduct the brokerage fee for Customs clearance.
- We can not be responsible for items not packaged properly and damaged in transit. Claims need to be made to the courier delivery company.
